Chinese drywall settlement approved: MyFoxTAMPABAY.com

TAMPA &#8211; A federal judge has given preliminary approval to a class action lawsuit that could bring relief to hundreds of homeowners stuck with Chinese drywall in their homes.
In his order, the judge wrote that the settlement is &#8220;fair, reasonable and adequate.&#8221;
